I have personally witnessed this. I know families that kept a kitten only till it was small and “cute” and once it grew up, they dumped it outside their house, on roads, or worse, near trash bins. How to improve your sleep naturally at night.|Proven tips to beat sleeplessness.

Sometimes sleeping peacefully and naturally seems impossible. No matter what you do you can't sleep. Even if you sleep you keep waking up in the middle of the night. It can happen because of a variety of issues like insomnia, anxiety, exhaustion, and fatigue. So in this blog, I will tell you about some healthy sleeping habits that are proven to help people sleep better at night.

1)Use a heavy blanket :

Using a blanket is a good way to make your mind peaceful. It will give you a sense of relaxation, you will be able to sleep fast. Using a blanket will make your heart relaxed. You will feel warm.




2)Work out / Become active the whole day :

According to recent research working out is helpful to beat insomnia. A person who workouts and remains active the whole day is more likely to get a good night's sleep as compared to someone who is vague. But keep in mind if you have trouble sleeping don't schedule your workouts in the evening do them in the morning because strenuous workouts in the evening also trigger sleeplessness in some people.

3)Go to bed when you are fully tired:

This is also a good tip. Don't go to bed if you are solely not tired. Wait till you are fully consumed. Because this will help you to sleep faster, compared to going to bed early when you are fresh. Don't study or work on your bed use it as a place only for sleeping.


4)Don't sleep during the day:

Dozing during the day also affects your night's sleep. So try not to slumber during the whole day. Sleep only at night. By doing this your chances of getting a good night's sleep increase.


5)Try to shut your brain:

This is something that helped me a lot. What you have to do is think in your mind that you won't feel anything now and you are shutting your brain. Whenever a thought pops up try to ignore it and remember that you have locked your brain. This will soon make you feel relaxed and will help you to sleep.

6)Shut down all your devices:

Using electronic devices before bedtime has been proven to induce insomnia. So before you go to bed, set a rule that you won't use your mobile phone, and will not even look at notifications. 





7)Read a book:

Reading a book is very helpful for a good night's sleep. Instead of using your mobile try to read 4 to 5 pages of your favorite book, it will make your mind feel relaxed and you will be able to sleep fast.





8)Avoid caffeine in the evening:

Caffeine helps to make you wake up. So don't drink caffeine in the evening as it will become difficult for you to sleep.

Conclusion: Getting a good night's sleep naturally is difficult but if you follow these healthy habits you surely will be able to sleep better at night.
